Minolta Maxxum 7000 with 35-70mm f4 zoom lens - camera body film tested!

$ 50.00

Sold Out

This is a landmark camera - as I understand it, it was the first mass market 35mm autofocus SLR. It sold in huge quantities, but many copies today have electronics issues. This one seems fine!

The camera is in decent cosmetic condition with a little normal wear. The biggest issue is a little whitening of some of the black plastic. The LCD screen is clear with no blotching, which can be rare for this camera these days, so that's a plus.

The lens has some spotting and light scratches on the front and some internal dust. The camera body has been film tested - the B&W photo was taken with this camera. But the lens has not been film tested. It does seem to perform all its mechanical functions, though.

As you can see from the B&W test photo, the test roll I ran through the camera has some light horizontal scratches. They don't appear in every image, but you can see one in this image. This could be from the film body, or it could be from the bulk roller used to roll the film. For what it's worth, the interior of the camera looks very clean - almost new.

I haven't tested the camera with a flash.

Battery not included.
